Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trade operative will include:

Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties
Day to day reactive maintenance work
Coordinating with Liaison Officers, Work Schedulers and Customers
Carpentry and Plumbing repairs
Covering Doors/ Windows/ Floors

Requirements for the role:

Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering
Must have social housing / local authority experience
A full UK driving license
Van is included
