About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a
FLEET ADMINISTRATOR to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in
Derby.
Role Purpose:
This role will be required to work cross functionally across the Service Desk Operations teams, delivering aspects of Operational Fleet support.
What you'll be doing
As a
FLEET ADMINISTRATOR, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Accurately capture and monitor through to resolution HGV Helpdesk incidents, working closely with the wider operations team to minimise downtime and maximise customer satisfaction;
- Develop relationships with the Customer and provide them with regular reporting relevant to the Service Desk function;
- Provide prompt resolution to any disputes raised by the Customer, liaising with all relevant parties to reach an agreed outcome. Ensuring ongoing records are amended to reduce the risk of repeat;
- Ensure that records are maintained in compliance with the processes outlined within the Balfour Beatty Business Management System.
