**The role
**As HR & Talent Partner you will support recruitment and selection as well as provide advice/guidance on the company's People Policies and processes. You will be a confident communicator and be able to build positive and trusted relationships with avariety of stakeholders.

Within this role you will be planning ahead and working collaboratively, leading projects that support the evolution of people and culture.

You will see the benefits of using data, such as engagement and retention rates, to understand external and internalbehaviour and introduce impactful solutions where necessary.

Working proactively with Hiring Managers to develop clear and interesting job and project specs that demonstrate what needs to be achieved within each role, and also the skills and knowledge required to be successful.

In return you will receive the following:

Salary of £28,000
£33,000
38 hours with flexible start and finish time
