Our client based in Portsmouth are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will be required to work on a shift basis and the work is 5 days out of 7.
This will therefore involve weekend working.
The hours of the role are between 7pm and 7am Monday to Friday

This is a permanent position.

Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can

  • Dealing with the customers to the site.
  • Making sure that Service Level Agreements are followed in the correct time periods.
  • Other tasks to help with the administration tasks.

Skills and experience
We are looking for someone

  • Who is flexible in their working hours.
  • Customer focussed
  • Has experience of working in a customer facing role.
  • Who is able to commute to the location in Cosham in Portsmouth.

Additional information
This role is a permanent position but will involve weekend working. If you work in the week, you will be given the time off during the week.
