Shift Pattern: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6am-5pm

PERMANENT POSITION within a recession-proof industry
This is an excellent opportunity for an LGV Fitter to join a well-established and reputable company. To inspect, maintain and service vehicles up to DVSA standards.


Duties of an LGV Fitter:


  • Diagnose issues, fix and maintain all vehicles and trailers in fleet as required.
  • Service vehicles and trailers as required.
  • Inspect vehicles within the SMI requirements.
  • Work towards 100% pass rate on all presented MOTs
  • Ensure all risk assessments are carried out and recorded.

Skills and requirements of an LGV Fitter:

  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety Practices
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
