This is a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work for a leading global trade company for 3 months


Executive Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Managing the diary, preparation for meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Coordinating and running Senior Leadership and department team meetings, managing agendas and minutes, and chasing actions
  • Help to coordinate department participation in staff surveys and plan for budget/finance tracking
  • Support in the management of large or complex meetings
  • Interacting with international delegates
  • Managing calendars across multiple time zones
  • Collaborating and developing strong working relationships with staff and management from across Professional Services, attending relevant networking groups
  • Assisting in coordinating multiple projects, including creating and disseminating project schedules, managing project updates, allocating project tasks, escalating potential issues and identifying and acquiring resources required

Executive Assistant Essentials:

years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant

  • Experience working as an assistant across all levels
  • Experience managing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Happy to provide support to office with restocking coffee
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Ability to organise events
