Corporate Tax Manager - Leasing - Big 4

An exciting opportunity to work in a niche area in tax, leasing tax matters but in the Big 4 environment with large scale clientele.

This Big 4 firm is looking for commercially and strategically aware, corporate tax professionals who wish to take on an interesting role, working with clients to help them understand the tax implications of lease transactions.

The leasing tax team sits withinthe largest Financial Services offering in the UK, therefore offering you a unique and collaborative experience which will make a direct impact on your career.

The leasing tax team is a successful and growing one thanks to a large and varied client base rangingfrom some of the largest leasing companies in the UK but also covering all the sectors that EY is involved in including Real Estate, Automotive, Medical, Health, Transportation and Manufacturing.

The role itself will require you to help in managing relationships with some key national clients, with a focus on delivering specialist services in an area where we are experiencing a surge in demand.

The services provided range from supporting M&A transactions,funding large projects, establishing leasing companies, general advisory, and impact of new accounting standards such as IFRS16, tax reporting and compliance.

If you have experience of leasing tax matters such as; Capital allowances, Long funding leases, Sale of lessor, IFRS16 and Sale and leaseback - this role is for you
