Description

To proactively target prospective Clients using existing marketing material and where relevant liaise with Marketing Team to devise materials as necessary to support any new business initiative.


To develop and maintain a Lead and Prospect Plan to ensure the Team is able to meet fiscal new business targets.

Description

Main duties/responsibilities:


  • To achieve any personal or team business production targets set and agreed with your Manager
  • Produce new business from referrals and proactive sales activity
  • Establish strong relationships with potential clients, influencers and suppliers
  • To correctly assess client's and prospective client's demands and needs and recommend appropriate products wherever possible
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice and the Company's own procedures and rules
  • Undergo training in line with agreed objectives, keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments and participate fully with T&C procedures
  • Maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills through Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues, insurers and other suppliers
  • To immediately advise your Manager of any problem, issue or request which falls outside your authority, level of experience or knowledge, or which could in any way detract from your ability to achieve your work objectives
  • Undertake any additional duties which have been specifically assigned to you and/or may be reasonably requested by your Manager or the Directors
  • Seek to promote the services of the entire Group
