Description

Metalisare currently working with an well known
precision engineering company who specialize in the
aerospace sector.They are currently looking for an experienced
Quality Inspector to join their team on a
full time, permanent basis. This is a day's only role.

Salary is
£23,000 - £26,000 - Depending on Experience

Key responsibilities:

Daily check on nonconforming parts raised during machining process. (Hold Table)
Be able to read CMM reports
Factory Master knowledge (preferable)
Visual Inspection of all parts manufactured at AML
Creation of SOP for Visual Inspection, Part Marking on AML parts
Control of Calibration of tools in shopfloor
Internal Product Audit control
Internal Process Audit control
Quarantine Bond Audit and tracker
Creation of KPI reports
Evaluating parts dimensionally and Visually and closing Internal Rejects
Support other similar activities within the Quality Team
