Responsibilities

  • Invoice and manage a portfolio of clients on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure that all subcontractors receive their correct payments in line with our service level commitments.
  • Run multiple payrolls throughout the week.
  • Process pension requests opt in and opt outs, refunds etc.
  • Carry out weekly adhoc payroll processes.
  • Process any leavers, starters and relevant forms including yearend forms.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ensure personal deductions are correctly calculated and disclosed (e.g.) CSA, attachment of earnings.

Requirements:


  • Payroll experience, preferably in the Umbrella/ temporary worker industry.
  • Excellent understanding of PAYE scheme, PAYE procedures, pensions, autoenrolment and HMRC tasks.
  • Experience with selfemployed payments and the Construction Industry Scheme (preferable but not compulsory).
  • Familiarity with payroll software, CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met.

Work From Home Requirements
All our team are set up to work remotely from home.

We will provide you with all the IT equipment you require but you will need to have a desk/workspace and a high-speed fixed internet connection with no data limits.
