As a Sales Coordinator you will be providing support to the sales team and their customers, ensuring that systems are kept up to date with the latest information, and ensure that all administration duties are successfully completed.

What are the benefits for this Sales Support Administration role?

- Starting salary of £21000 -£22000

- Monday to Friday, 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs w

Your duties as a Sales Coordinator:

  • Schedule meetings & input orders for the sales team
  • Support the team in the sales Administrative process to ensure a professional and timely response
  • Be first line contact to help with enquiries, and customer details
  • Compile and send brochures
  • Update and maintain inhouse systems
  • Answering telephone, reception Rota, taking messages
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • The ability to multitask
  • Confident with ability to use own initiative and problem solve effectively
  • Experienced with MS Office to intermediate level
