Lettings Coordinator / Administrator - Coventry - up to £25k

The Lettings Administrator role briefly includes:

  • To assist in the administration of residential lettings
  • To arrange viewings for prospective tenants
  • To be the principal person to collect rent from anybody wishing to pay
  • To facilitate lettings by negotiation between Landlords and Tenants on existing tenancies
  • To produce legal documents and contract packs for the department
  • To provide assistance for any maintenance matters, arrange property inspections, manage diaries and assist with scheduling where required
  • To carry out your duties with all due diligence with regard for legal requirements
  • Answers other Departments' phones where required

Key Skills Required:


  • Previous Lettings Administration experience is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
