Lettings Coordinator / Administrator - Coventry - up to £25k
The Lettings Administrator role briefly includes:
- To assist in the administration of residential lettings
- To arrange viewings for prospective tenants
- To be the principal person to collect rent from anybody wishing to pay
- To facilitate lettings by negotiation between Landlords and Tenants on existing tenancies
- To produce legal documents and contract packs for the department
- To provide assistance for any maintenance matters, arrange property inspections, manage diaries and assist with scheduling where required
- To carry out your duties with all due diligence with regard for legal requirements
- Answers other Departments' phones where required
Key Skills Required:
- Previous Lettings Administration experience is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
