The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between the logistics team and customers, ensuring the Company delivers an excellent customer experience and achieves objectives.

Based in Preston, this client is now a world leading Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company for global events.
Description
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to:
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
- To work closely with the logistics team to provide strong coordination skills
- To gain an understanding of the planning schedules to ensure all needs are met
Profile
- Strong Customer Coordination experience
- Ideally within a logistics/supply chain background
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
Job Offer
What the client is offering:
- Salary on offer is £23k £26k
- 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
