Aspire People are working with mainstream schools across Leicester City and surrounding areas to help recruit for full/part time roles.

The mainstream schools offer various roles working as a general Teaching Assistant, 121 Teaching Assistants or an Intervention Teaching Assistants across year groups from EYFS - Year 6.

The successful Teaching Assistants will need to have a qualification or experience working within a school in a classroom.

The successful Teaching Assistants must have good behaviour management skills and techniques, wanting to make a difference and must be reliable and consistent.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are passionate, enthusiastic and go the extra mile to help children enjoy and achieve results.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant


  • CACHE Level

  • BA Education Studies
  • NCFE
  • Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years Educator
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Advanced,
  • Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Special Educational Needs (RQF)
  • Autism Awareness


  • Autism Awareness

  • Advanced
  • Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Diploma
