Are you an experienced immigration specialist with at least 3 years of business immigration experience? Are you also looking to expand your knowledge and join a global law firm?


Nelson Chambers are delighted to be working with a top 30, a global law firm on their search for an experienced immigration specialist.

The role


Working closely with the firms employment team, you can expect to assist solicitors, and work alongside the Senior Immigration Paralegal, on business immigration matters, which include Tier 2 Sponsor Licences, compliance audits, PBS cases, Family Visas,Visitor Visas, Business Visitors Visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain and British nationality matters.


  • Liaising with clients, attending meetings to take instructions and minutes
  • Filtering client calls
  • Assisting with precedents and research
  • Assisting with Business Development activities
  • General client care, administration and adhoc tasks

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years business immigration experience
  • A passion for business immigration and assisting clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong client handling and interpersonal skills
