Reed have been engaged to support a chartered financial planning firm based in Horsham who pride themselves on providing exceptional service with the aim of developing long term relationships with clients.

They are looking for an IFA administrator to be based in their office.

Having the right character and attitude to work is essential. We are looking for a bright individual with a positive, can-do approach to work. You must have an optimistic outlook and excellent communication skills. We would choose the right attitude over abilityas we are happy to train and progress the perfect person.

The right applicant will have a natural tendency to seek out opportunities to help others and will take pride in their work.

We offer a competitive basic salary, with structured pay rises offered after successful completion of your six-month probation period and for gaining additional qualifications.

About the role:

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working within the finance industry, preferably within an independent financial adviser firm.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, good work ethicand good computer expertise.

You will be fully supported and trained in a very friendly, supportive environment where everyone works together.
