Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and guidance on products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the purchase process.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and empathetic manner, aiming to provide satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and standard office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary
The salary for this position ranges from £20,000 to £25,000 p/a
