FCMS is recruiting a Coordinator to support the Service Lead on our Quality and Risk Team

Full Time 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 09:0017:00.

Location

Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, FY
Salary £22,500 a year.

Main duties of the role

The post holder will work closely with the organisations management and operational teams, staff members and other stakeholders to help coordinate and provide support in raising awareness of effective governance.

In addition, you will assist in the implementation of strategies and projects to increase staff knowledge of processes, regulatory requirements and best practices.

Furthermore, you will help the Service Lead in coordinating and further developing policies, and systems and supporting the organisation in achieving compliance with regulatory inspections and audits.
