About Our Client:

A reputable academy group based in Hackney. This post will be required to work full time onsite.

The successful HR Systems and Processes Officer will be responsible for:* Identifying current HR systems and processes for digitisation

  • Delivering and streamlining approvals and plans
  • Developing staffing policies
  • Investigating HR databases in line with the academy's requirements
  • Delivering the project.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HR Systems and Processes Officer must have:* Experience in a similar role

  • Education experience would be desirable
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and build relationships across departments.
