Job Title:
SDR Sales Manager


Location:
London (Near Victoria Station)


Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum with £30,000 OTE


The Role:


As the SDR Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives to drive the growth of the business.

This will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets, as well asproviding ongoing coaching and training to team members to improve their performance.

The SDR Sales Manager plays a critical role in the company's success, and is expected to be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a strong leader who is ableto motivate and inspire their team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 10 SDRs to achieve and exceed their targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Providing ongoing coaching and training to team members to improve their performance
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of sales activities and pipeline data in the CRM system

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and training to improve performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Good understanding of complex sales processes
