This is an entry level position into the Procurement & Supply Chain Team.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive operational supply chain support to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent supply chain management message is given to suppliers and clients.

The duties set out in this Job Description are not intended to be exhaustive and the role will require flexibility and carrying out duties of a similar and reasonable nature.

And as a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator with Bellrock do it by

  • Initial engagement with suppliers regarding performance
  • Provide support with, and produce reports on supplier performance
  • Drive supplier app and monitor usage
  • Provide first line of contact for Operations regarding Supply Chain support
  • Support the wider Supply Chain team to manage relationships with any suppliers;
  • Support Supply Chain Managers in supplier reviews; collating, analysing and interpreting performance data for the basis of formal reviews
  • Manage the supplier onboarding process
  • Support with new client mobilisations
  • Have a strong commitment and be selfmotivated to develop and learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with high standards of English, spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team
  • Ability to filter information and prioritise tasks
  • Sufficient drive to seek work on own initiative and ask for help where needed

In return Bellrock are offering a salary of £25,000 dependent on experience.

Working hours are Monday - Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
