The Company:
ER Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client, a company who is recognised as leaders in their industry.
They are seeking a Administrator who is a strong communicator with a key eye for detail to work within their retail centre in Swansea.
Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- General day to day office duties, including data entry
- Looking after the sales counter and serving customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing administration support to customer accounts
- Updating the system and completing spreadsheets as required
- Handling customer service queries
- Raising & processing invoices
- Some weekend working may be required
About You as the Administrator:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an officebased administrative role
- Proficient IT skills with MS packages including Word and Excel
- Excellent time management, planning and organising
- A team player who is willing to support across divisions
- Assertive with ability to communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work and be willing to work additional hours during busy periods to meet seasonal demands
