LEAD BI ANALYST

LONDON - HYBRID - Minimum 2 days in the office.

Up to £65,000


We are looking for a Lead BI Analyst to build and expand one of the UK's top finance provider's Business Intelligence capabilities from the ground up.

With an eye on growing the team rapidly, this company is looking for a lead in BI practices with strongdata analysis, data modelling, and database design capabilities.

This top UK finance provider wants to use innovative technology to help make their customers' lives better.

Following its strong values, they have set their goal as making customer access to products a simple experience, while providing fair financial products.

Along with new shareholders and investors, the funding and support of their business plan is underway, with forecasts to vastly grow their loans by 2025.


THE ROLE
With their clear business plan, large datasets and metrics need to be standardised.

As a Lead BI Analyst, you will take the lead in modelling and growing BI systems to help better the understanding of their customers' needs.


In this role you will:

  • Be the central member of all BIrelated matters.
  • Design and build BI systems from start to finish, using SQL and Tableau
  • Have an active presence in assessing and choosing the best BI practices for the business.
  • Work alongside stakeholders, founders, and junior members in visualising data and reporting standards.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To qualify for this role, you will need

  • Previous commercial experience working in data analytics, building dashboards, and transforming data into reports.
  • Proven commercial coding experience in Python for automation and an understanding of Cloud DWH, such as AWS.
  • Proficiency in SQL and extensive knowledge BI tools, such as Tableau having used this in previous roles.
