My client is an award-winning UK Gaming PC, laptop and component supplier offering industry-leading, competitively priced custom PC build services and support.
We are recruiting extra help to cover our increasing business levels in this small but rapidly expanding business.What we are looking for
A driven PC sales and support specialist to join our rapidly increasing system sales team.
The Role
This pivotal role involves advising prospective customers about our range of award-winning PCs and preparing and designing PC quotes, ensuring that we offer our customers the very best deal possible and generally making their purchase an experience they'd liketo repeat.
You will be responsible for the entire PC sales customer experience, from the original quote to post-sales customer care.Skills required include:
- Proven customer service skills
- An ability to sell is essential
- Good knowledge of PCs
- Strong communication Skills
- A team player who excels when working under pressure.
