Stanton House is representing a PE backed SaaS business in their search for an Interim Head of FP&A.


This business is backed by a prestigious PE house and has grown its revenue by 5x over the last few years through M&A.

With a strong presence in both the UK & US, their platform is used by multiple blue-chip businesses, and the CFO is looking for a commercially focused professional to provide insight to further facilitate growth.

Responsibilities as a Head of FP&A

  • Business partnering to the leadership team, supporting commercial growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions
  • Deliver the monthly forecast, annual budget and long term strategic plan
  • Identify opportunities for the management team, to drive financial & nonfinancial KPIs
  • Providing performance analysis & variance commentary of budgets vs forecasts
  • Work with the CFO to deliver a successful exit including building out the data room, the M&A model and liaising with advisors.
  • Undertake an operating review and implement cost saving initiatives
Experience & background

  • Fully qualified
  • CIMA / ACA / ACCA
  • Experience working for PE backed businesses is essential
  • Must have supported with an exit process previously and be comfortable with all aspects of the FDD process.
  • Experience working within the SaaS industry is not essential but highly desirable
  • Commercially astute and capable of partnering with multiple stakeholders


This is an outside IR35 contract engagement and you will be expected to be in the office two days a week in Central London.

Temp to perm option is available.
