The Company
MTrec are currently recruiting for a world renowned steel fabrication firm based in the Sunderland area. These role are temporary to permanent roles, after a 12 week probation period

The Role

Preparation of materials and areas prior to starting the manufacturing roles
Setting up JIGS and placing materials in to precision position
Operation of drill equipment for drilling holes in to extremely precision positions
Working with quality inspections equipment such as a verniers, micrometres, and callipers
Working individually and in a small team, after training periods
Manually moving and transporting equipment within the production area's
Reporting issues during the manufacturing processes to team leaders
Receiving engineering drawing and diagrams
Using hand tools, powers tools for securing components in to precision position
