We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Band 6 Clinical Lead Nurse at Adferiad Ward in St Cadoc's Hospital.

The post holder will be a key member of the in-patient multi-disciplinary team, working within a recovery-focused service. There is a need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, with strong leadership skills.

We aim to offer the highest quality specialist service to our patient group in a safe and supportive environment that enables, encourages and supports each individual to recover at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

We strive to create a 'secure base' for both patients and staff through the development of relationships where everyone feels safe, respected, valued and supported.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to progress in the inpatient setting and work within a Clinical Lead role.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

To be responsible for coordinating, delivering and maintaining a high standard of clinical care for all patients. To provide support to the ward manager and clinical leadership to the ward team. To provide guidance and supervision of junior nursing staff.

To ensure that systems are used to incorporate Essence of Care, any other adopted models of quality assurance and clinical governance into everyday practice.

The post holder will have an interest in furthering their clinical skills and will undertake further training as required.
