  • Hybrid Working**Reed Recruitment is excited to be working with a prestigious and successful Law Firm based in Belfast City Centre. Our client has an excited new opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Reduce debtor days in line with agreed targets
  • Implement best practice procedures in cash collection
  • Ensure that all payments are accurately allocated and processed
  • Maintain log of all credit control activities
  • Processing of requests for credits or reissues
  • Produce and analyse end of month ageing reports
  • Liaise with Partners / Solicitors to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Build ongoing relations with clients
  • Monitors and collects outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets
  • Management of ebilling portals to include invoice uploads, budget and time keeper entries, dealing with queries from clients and colleagues
  • Other finance duties that may be required

Skills and Experience required:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Control preferably within Professional Services
  • Previous experience using eBilling Platforms

Salary:

£28,000 per annum


Hours:

Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
Hybrid working

  • 2 days at home, 3 days in the office
