Main Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultation with managers.
  • Produce and evaluate training materials, training plans and programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and inductions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and effectiveness.
  • Ensure employee training records and skills matrices are up to date.
  • Backup, review and check training materials periodically.
  • Conduct competency assessments.
  • Train and Support other trainers and buddies in their delivery of training.
  • Arrange external training courses as required.
  • Produce and review Standard Operating Procedures, Risk assessments and other work instructions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety, Hygiene and Quality standards.
  • Support Employee recruitment and interviewing processes as required.
  • Conduct incident, accident and nearmiss investigations.
  • Participate and lead Improvement projects.
