Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for an Interview Booking Agent to join their successful, growing Heathrow team.

What's on offer:

Salary: £26k per annum (plus performancebased incentives)
Hours: 9AM 5PM, Monday to Friday (office based)
28 Days Annual Leave (plus Birthdays and 1 extra day per year of service)

Capture and analyse data throughout the booking process, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimise our recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, where you demonstrated exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle high call/customer volumes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to manage multiple calendars, schedules, and conflicting priorities with ease.
A customercentric mindset, always striving to provide outstanding service and create a positive impression of our company.
Strong problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to think on your feet and find efficient solutions in a fastpaced environment.
A team player mentality, willing to collaborate and support your colleagues to achieve common goals.
