Charnwood Borough Council are seeking a dynamic housing professional to join our Housing Strategy Team on a short-term basis to provide additional support during this busy time.


The role will support in the enablement of affordable housing supply in the Borough by assisting in the acquisition of new Council homes, through the development of partnerships with Registered Providers and by maximising supply through new housing developments.


We are looking also for someone who has good literacy, analytical, and research skills and the ability to interpret housing data and national policy into local policies and strategies.

A working knowledge of Home Connections and QL housing systems would be beneficial.
