This is an exciting position to work in a start-up risk-bearing entity who have some exciting plans to grow in 2023, joining a business so early on in there journey is great to be involved in life-changing strategic decisions for the business.

They are supported by a large international specialty group in the US that will provide back-office support including actuarial.

This Risk and Capital Lead will be responsible for developing the risk and capital framework and will support the business in workingtoward more efficient portfolio management.
