Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Term: 6-month contract (potential for extension)


Rate:
£18 - £20 per hour


Location:
Remote/Hybrid - required to visit London Euston office with CEO/CFO circa once a month.

Skills:
  • Previous experience as an EA / PA supporting C-Level executives
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well organised, detail orientated with the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Time management skills
  • Discrete and able to manage confidential information securely and appropriately
  • Any accounting or financial services exposure is beneficial as role will involve judgement and prioritisation of report/messages or activities involving invoicing or other commercial or financial information so ability to understand these is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities:


To provide high-level, proactive, and professional organisational and administrative support to our Executive leader to include extensive diary management and prioritisation of activity.

  • First point of contact to our Executive team
  • Extensive diary and meeting management and board meeting coordination
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate minutes
  • Arrange travel to international destinations
  • Prepare expense reports and complete credit card reconciliations
  • Administrative support such as binding and printing material, arranging couriers, and managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Manage the general Company inbox direct correspondence as needed
  • Manage and coordinate company events in collaboration the Group Office Manager
  • Meet and greet external clients and contractors
  • Marketing activity, including creating social media content
  • Any other reasonable task as requested by a manager or Director of the business
