Customer Service Administrator

A Customer Services Administrator is required by a family owned most adored coffee specialist in UK based in West Drayton, London to join their lively and friendly team.

The Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer focused service to existing customers, supporting Customer Services and Service Department, as well as be a key connection between clients and Account Managers.

They are looking for someone with a friendly and professional telephone manner, an enthusiasm to learn and be part of a team.

Full training will be provided.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager your main duties will include:

Using troubleshooting and customer background information to allocate engineers in timely and efficient manor
Accurate record keeping of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for any customer enquires
Data Cleansing
General admin
Customer Services experience within faced passed environment
Natural problemsolving abilities
Experience of working within a team
Knowledgeable of IT software such as excel and word
A quick learner who is able to follow instruction whilst also having the ability to be proactive when appropriate.
