About the Role:


GP Healthcare Alliance (a federation of GP practices in Castle Point and Rochford) is working in partnership with the local Primary Care Networks to support the delivery of the NHS England, Direct Enhanced Service (DES) contract.

We are looking to recruit a Data and Outreach Coordinator to join a wider team covering Rayleigh

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Minute taking, meeting organisation, and following up with actions.
  • Producing data reports and audits from SystmOne.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the clinical team to provide support with general queries.
  • Maintaining the staff's clinical rotas on SystmOne.
  • Providing administration support to the PCN educational events.
  • Working with the clinical team with scheduling outreach events and forums.
  • Liaising with patients and members of the community.
This role involves providing a high quality, comprehensive and effective administration skills.

The appropriate individual will have SystmOne and Primary Care experience.

You will need to be confident individual who can communicate with a ride range of professionals at all levels.


The successful applicant will have the ability to work without supervision using their own initiative, organising and prioritising own and other workloads to changing and often tight deadlines.

GP Healthcare Alliance is a company originally formed as a GP Federation made up of 18 practices in Castle Point, Rochford and Rayleigh, Essex, working together to provide healthcare for all practices and patients.

All practice members remain independent contractors but work collaboratively to improve healthcare services within our area.


We provide a range of primary care and community services to our local residents, various 'at scale services' for practices as well as professional staff training.

We meet nationwide challenges with local knowledge and expertise, tailoring our services to reflect the needs of the communities in which we work.


We will develop new services where we believe we can improve the patient experience and deliver efficiency savings to the NHS.

We work with local NHS clinicians in the delivery of the services, thereby supporting the retention of strength and depth within the local NHS clinical teams.

  • We delivered "hot hubs" during the Coronavirus pandemics first wave, deliver Covid Vaccinations and booster campaigns

  • We care Our charity work includes collaborating with the Rotary Clubs to collect food bank donations as well as collecting used bra's for breast cancer research and compiling Christmas gift boxes for the homeless
  • At an inspection of our head offices we were rated "outstanding" by the CQC for being such a "well led" organisation, this year
