Description
A new opportunity has arisen for a Shipping Customer Services Coordinator to join our client, a Logistics company based in Suffolk with hybrid working being offered.
Your role as the Shipping Customer Services Coordinator will be to work alongside the Sales Department, helping them look after both new and existing business, ensuring that everyone follows the Trial loads procedure.
You will be entering bookings onto the company's in-house computer system, and processing any additional costs such as vehicle demurrage, customs charges and waiting hours or quay rent.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with customers to help resolve any issues that arise, raising invoices and ensuring all files are kept up to date.
The successful Shipping Customer Services Coordinator will have 1-2 years' experience working in a similar Customer Service role within Logistics.
