Property Licensing Manager based Essex.

This is a permanent, full time (40 hours per week) career opportunity for an experienced property/housing manager who can evidence previous management experience, the ability to lead and motivate a team of housingadvisors, ensuring that only the highest standard of customer service is delivered on a consistent basis.

Offered with a salary of £40,000, this role is further supported by excellent employee benefits and a continuing personal development plan.

As a Property Licensing Manager your key responsibilities will include the handling and management of all property statutory compliance certificates and licenses, ensuring that all procedures are followed and reported in line with housing regulations andcompany policies.

Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR, housing compliance, internal audits and sector specific requirements will play a large part of your day, working with the wider team to endorse standards, drive through continuous improvementsand ensure that all requirements meet and exceed KPI's and minimum expectations.

This role is heavily biased towards administration, complex reporting, presenting to senior stakeholders and management and assessing the work performance of your team.

Ensuring that property and housing requests are dealt with professionally, compliantly,,effectively and in line with all expectations is the key driver and one which you will be measured against.

A high level of verbal and written communication skill is required, plus advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), the ability to arrange and manage meetings, both in person and virtual via MS Teams and Zoom.

Your career to datewill demonstrate a solid track record in either Housing, Property Management and/or Welfare and Housing Benefits.

The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers, deliver training and coaching to your team whilst ensuringthat all key objectives are met in line with service level agreements.

The role of Property Licensing Manager will include some local travel around Essex, meeting landlords, professional bodies and key stakeholders, therefore the need to have a Full UK Driving License is key to this role.
