We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience of managing and interpreting business data in order to produce and deliver clear, usable and insightful reporting to our global brand.


You'll become the main contact and lead for everything data and insight related for our brand including leading on the weekly report, mystery shop reports, compliance audits and fixtures across both retail field teams and Contact Centre activity.


Depending on your location, the role will include time spent at our Newbury offices in addition to attending meetings at our clients London HQ.

Your Role

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Produce high quality and creative reports to deliver insight to accurately reflect and summarise our brands field activity based on sales data and mystery shopping data, anecdotal and photographic evidence where appropriate
  • Work with the client and our data and reporting department to aid and support the dedicated and promoter teams to produce insightful, accurate and functional data and reporting output
  • Help the retail field team,Contact Centre and tactical Brand Ambassador teams to meet client campaign objectives through maintaining and developing the data and reporting
  • Directly support client in receiving insight requests, requesting question framework and producing reports from information obtained
  • Be fully responsible for field based technology training for new starters
  • Be fully responsible to ensure quality compliance with existing field team members
  • Be responsible for the delivery, maintenance and development of the client and internal teams dashboard

Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills/experience;

  • Excellent data interpretation and analytic skills
  • A keen eye for detail to spot trends and analyse and manage data sets
  • Expert Excel/Google Sheets user, including Formula and PivotTable use
  • Good numeracy and written skills with the ability to create insight driven reports
  • Ability to commute to both Newbury and London on a weekly basis
  • Full UK driving licence
