Description

A Call Handler is required working nights for this professional and well established company based in Bromborough.

You will take emergency repair calls, monitor alarms, update systems and liaise with contractors to resolve customer issues through to resolution.

This role is working night shifts 4 on and 4 off 7pm-7am and is a temp to perm opportunity.

You will be paid £10 per hour initially and this rises with service plus a quarterly bonus.

To be suitable you will have good customer service skills, be computer literate and have the ability to learn new systems
