Sales Executive

Location:
Chelmsford

Training will be provided

Salary:
Base and Commission - £100k OTE


Our client is a leading independent 4x4 dealership, based in Chelmsford with a large show room that houses over 1000 prestige vehicles and 4x4s.

An opportunity has showed up to join this highly professional team, as a
Sales Executive with a strong experience in delivering sales and providing support to customers.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Selling new and used vehicles in accordance with the policies of the dealership.
  • Receive and process customer enquiries, maintaining a positive sales environment as well as taking responsibility for the maintenance and presentation of the showroom.
  • Analyse customer enquiries and ensure good understanding of customer's social, occupational, and financial requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets for the sale of new and used vehicles as well as other add on products
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that vehicle demonstration drive is offered and successfully carried out with new enquiries.
  • Negotiate and complete sales and ensure accurate completion of sales paperwork and documentation.

The Person:


  • Good knowledge of the technical aspects of vehicles and the auto trade industry
  • Professional attitude and presentation are highly essential
  • Must be excellent in communication and highly persuasive
  • Must have basic mathematics skills and knowledge of financing
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise work and always adopt the right initiative.
  • Must be aged over 23 due to insurance regulation
  • Must hold a current and valid driver's licence
  • Must have at least one year experience in a sales role, preferably in the motor trade industry
