ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client is a specialist contractor in passive fire protection that has been operating since 2013.

They specialise in a wide range of services, including fire barriers, fire penetration seals, structural fire protection, intumescent paint, and are based in Coventry.

With projects ranging from commercial, residential, hotels and healthcare, my client covers a wide range of works where they are happy to carry out a single fire seal, to a complete program of much greater size where no job is too big or small.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Passive Fire Protection Estimator as they have secured projects leading them into the new year:

Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
Performing risk and value management and cost control
Advising on procurement strategy
Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
Allocating work to subcontractors

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years Estimating experience
Previous experience in Firestopping having come up from the tools would be ideal.
Good communication and organisational skills
Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Full driving licence

Job Types:

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
