The Position
The Role


Are you passionate about creating great working environment for people to grow? Are you organised, great at multi-tasking, positive and enjoy thinking outside the box? Then we would love to invite you to join us an HR Coordinator/Officer Rocco Forte Hotels, Balmoral Hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your role will be to mainly assist with administration and recruitment. Your effectiveness, diplomacy and having team members' progress and satisfaction at heart will define your success in the role. Previous experience in hospitality recruitment and CIPD qualified is essential.


Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Daily administration and processing of employee data
  • Supporting Assistant HR Manager in recruitment processes
  • Posting adverts on various platforms including social media.
  • Updating current platforms to assist in talent attraction.
  • Supporting operations in all aspects of recruitment, onboarding & learning and development.
  • Assisting the Human Resources team with supporting general activities social, engagement & performance.
  • Participating and supporting the implementation of HR projects.
While supporting the HR Team you will be given opportunity to develop your own career with us.
