We are looking for a sales coordinator to join the administration team on a 6 month FTC basis to cover a period of maternity leave.

Within this role you will be supporting the sales team and wider business with the aim of continuing our growth within the UK Retail and European Distributor markets.


Working closely and providing administrative support to the account management team you will have the opportunity to coordinate the completion of tasks supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

This role will be the conduit between internal departments within the UK and external customers.


Role and responsibilities

  • Support the UK National Account Managers with a portfolio of retail accounts, maintaining promotional plans and completing general administration tasks as required
  • Liaise with Product Development to ensure product setup forms are completed accurately for a portfolio of UK retailers
  • Assist the Brand Protection team with SharkNinja Partner Programme enforcement, including identifying and sending communications to offending sellers
  • Assist the Brand Protection team with monitoring a central inbox for Partner Programme enforcement and assistance
  • Any other UK Sales administrative task as reasonably required by the business

Preferred Skills

  • Good computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including word, PowerPoint & advanced Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
