Business Development Manager - Facilities / Contract Cleaning - North West - Salary up to £45,000 + commission OTE £60,000

About the Company

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the North West of the UK for a Contract Cleaning organisation who delivers Cleaning contracts across the North of the UK.

The role will be developing new business and account management of current clients, working with specifiers / consultancies and end users including private & public sector organisations.

Business Development Manager - Requirements

Education/Qualifications

Membership of a recognised professional body would be desirable

Experience

Account management and client
Bidding and tendering for commercial and public sector
Previous hands on experience within a Contract Cleaning environment is essential
Experience required of delivering mobilisation once secured contracts is desirable

Key Skills/Knowledge

Excellent client management skills
Good knowledge of the sales process
Good technical knowledge within Security and Cleaning
Key relationships with end users
Good people skills
Good communication skills
Good team skills must be able to work closely with colleagues and other departments
Able to work independently, when required
