Team Admin Assistant - Windsor, United Kingdom - Platinum Resourcing
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading digital healthcare provider who have grown substantially over the past few years.
As a result they are seeking a Team Admin Assistant to review and process medical evidence as well as processing invoices.
This is a very busy and varied role, working within a small team, requiring great attention to detail. There are excellent opportunities for progression and full training will be provided.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office and the rest remotely, working hours 9am to 5.30pm.
Duties:
- Coordinate with team and team leader to ensure all duties and tasks for the day are completed
- Download completed reports to review and process
- Chase outstanding reports and lab results
- Monitor the inbox for completed reports which require action
- To process invoices for services received or requested
- Assist Operations with obtaining clarification requests on evidence processed
- To process reports and invoices received via post
- To assist Operations with case handling duties if requested
Skills and experience:
- Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and able to work well within a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language
- Grade C or equivalent)
- Positive, 'can do' attitude at all times
- Flexible approach to work and workload
- Open and honest approach at all times
