Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading digital healthcare provider who have grown substantially over the past few years.

As a result they are seeking a Team Admin Assistant to review and process medical evidence as well as processing invoices.

This is a very busy and varied role, working within a small team, requiring great attention to detail. There are excellent opportunities for progression and full training will be provided.


This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office and the rest remotely, working hours 9am to 5.30pm.

Salary £19,000


Duties:


  • Coordinate with team and team leader to ensure all duties and tasks for the day are completed
  • Download completed reports to review and process
  • Chase outstanding reports and lab results
  • Monitor the inbox for completed reports which require action
  • To process invoices for services received or requested
  • Assist Operations with obtaining clarification requests on evidence processed
  • To process reports and invoices received via post
  • To assist Operations with case handling duties if requested

Skills and experience:

  • Organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and able to work well within a team
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language
  • Grade C or equivalent)
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude at all times
  • Flexible approach to work and workload
  • Open and honest approach at all times
