Client Details


Michael Page Logistics have partnered with a rapidly growing 3PL / E-Commerce business in their search for a Warehouse Team Leader.

This role will play a critical part in this organisations expansion plans in helping to successfully deliver their growth plansacross 2023 and beyond.


Description
he Warehouse Team Leader role will require the individual to:

  • Manage a team of 10+ operatives
  • Be responsible for inbound, pick and outbound operations.
  • Be accountable for agreed company KPIs.
  • Be responsible for the inventory management through your teams.
  • Work with contract Supervisors to ensure H&S management best practice is applied.
  • Understanding customer issues and drive business improvements to aid resolution.
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Accountable for people development and performance management within the operation.
  • Commutable to Haverhill.

Profile

  • A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background
  • Essential
  • Be educated to an A Level or Degree Level standard
  • Advantageous
  • A minimum of 2+ years Logistics experience at a TL or Supervisor level
  • Essential
  • Have worked within an E-Commerce / Retail / 3PL / FMCG environment previously
  • Advantageous
  • Have managed in excess of 10 employees previosuly
  • Essential
  • Be Comfortable with both business systems & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Essential
  • Be results driven and commercially minded
  • Essential
  • Previous experience of people management at supervisory level
  • Essential
  • Be commutable to Haverhill.
  • Be available for a shift pattern position
  • Sunday to Thursday, 6am 2.30pm or Thursday to Monday 6am2.30pm

Job Offer

This role offers:

  • Salary range between £25,000 to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience
