**The Role


What you will do:

You will provide high level secretarial and administrative support to GTC Scotland's Strategic Leadership Team.


What you will need to be successful:

  • You have proven experience in a leadership support or personal/executive assistant role, or strong proven experience of working in a secretarial or administrative role at a high level.
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You have effective prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
  • You have high quality written skills and attention to detail
  • You hold a secretarial or administrative qualification at SCQF Level 7 or above (or equivalent vocational or workbased training) and SCQF Level 6 English (or equivalent)

**Working Hours / Pattern

We see this role being based on full time working hours of 35 hours per week, however we would still like to hear from you if you are interested in the role but have alternative needs in relation to working hours or pattern.
