Description

Elite Fire Solutions Ltd are a company specialising in the installation, service and maintenance of fire protection products within the construction industry.

Our offices are in Laindon. We are recruiting for a Client Coordinator that will be a key member of a small team.

  • Working alongside the project manager to arrange diaries for up to 20 staff members and subcontractors and planning out work.
  • Contacting residents to book in work in their homes
  • Ensuring installers have all required information to attend and complete works by sending out daily planners and booking information
  • Liaising daily with our client on bookings
  • Uploading photos onto our clients portal as evidence of work
  • Monitor job progression and KPI's and escalate or deal with any delays or issues immediately to Project Manager or Operations Manager
  • Chase installers/supervisors for required paperwork and photos
  • Rearrange diaries where there are installer absences, issues with materials etc.
  • Ensure procedures are followed for our accreditation and report to compliance any issues
  • Keeping personnel and training records up to date
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Covering other administrative roles for holiday/sickness/during busy periods
  • Answering telephones


Ability to cope with a fast paced environment and be forward thinking, highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.

Microsoft office experience is a requirement, confident using outlook, filtering on excel etc. Experience in the following software would be a huge advantage; simPRO, Bolster, OneServe, although training can be provided.

Have a professional telephone manner and be excellent at communicating with clients and other staff members.


As we are a small company, there is lots of room for variety in the day and potential for progression as we expand.


Be able to communicate well and work with a team and also be able to work individually and take responsibility for their own tasks/role.


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
