As a Daisy Chain Charity Trainer, you'll also have the unique opportunity to take part in a separate CIC mission to Cambodia to deliver training.

This exclusive opportunity is reserved for Daisy Chain Charity Training Staff, further enhancing your experience and impact within our organisation.

Location The post will be based at Daisy Chain but will be required to travel across the region.

Hours-37.5 hours per week

(Permanent after successful completion of probationary period)

Pay scale - £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.


Job Overview

Key Tasks

  • Develop and deliver tailored training programs to a range of audiences across the North East of England, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Training Manager to design and customise training materials based on client need and delegate feedback.
  • Conduct pretraining assessments to understand client requirements and tailor sessions accordingly.
  • Deliver training sessions both inperson and virtually, utilising a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Daisy Chain Charity, promoting our cause and values during training sessions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to generate leads and secure training bookings from potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and sales leads, utilising CRM systems where applicable.
  • Establish yourself as an expert in the field of autism and neurodiversity and ensure you maintain a broad and up to date knowledge.
  • Undertake administrative tasks necessary, in line with Daisy Chain procedures, for the efficient and effective delivery of the key responsibilities in this role.

Person Specification

Experience

  • Proven experience in delivering impactful training programs, ideally within the nonprofit sector or working with neurodivergent populations E, A&I
  • Confidence in sales and marketing, with experience in generating leads and securing training bookings E, A&I

Qualifications

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. autism, psychology, education, health & social care)
    OR willing to work towards E, A

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content to meet their needs E, I
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills & the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
