As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis.

You will have access to the firm's resources and Know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.


Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking to speak with
Funds Lawyers available for interim assignments.


Our roles will cover all aspects of funds, including but not limited to the structuring and documentation of funds, knowledge of private funds within hedge funds or private equity and/or public retail funds including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.

Knowledge of UK, Irish and Luxembourg funds is also key.


Person specification

  • You are a qualified Solicitor with training from a top tier law firm.
  • You have significant postqualification experience working on a range of closed or openended funds.
  • You may have inhouse experience and ideally a background working within financial institutions or asset/investment managers.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
